Recently, I interviewed Asia’s No.1 Tower Runner, Soh Wai Ching, who shared some useful insights about his favourite event of Tower Running.

- Start training program with low intensity.
- As you get fitter, increase the number of stairs and sets in your training workout.
- As your training progresses, you can try to improve your timing by running up two stairs at a time, as well as pull yourself up with the stairway banners.
