Gus Rider Recommended Event
My friends at Straco Ventures are back, after their recent success with Paya Indah Combo Ride & Run 2016, with this exciting KOM cycling event which offers roadies & MTB riders the magnificent natural backdrop of Kuala Kubu Baru & Fraser Hill. Many seasoned riders have ploughed this scenic route before, but on race day, the whole stretch of road will be totally off-limits to motorists which means we can ride up all the way to the Fraser Hill Clock Tower safely and carefreely.

Thank you for posting details of the race Gus. I do have a question about how participants’ friends and family can see the finish or watch the race along the race along the route since the road will be closed to traffic. After getting dropped off at KKB before the start, is there any way for them to get up to the clock tower? 46km is a long way to walk and they will never make it before 2pm anyway!
Hi, I passed your query to organiser Straco & this is their reply:-
“During the event our roadclosure at 530am -6am confirm close.
Suggest the family member or friends who like to watch must otw uphill to Fraser as early possible.
Meanwhile from FraserHill to KKB town downhill the roadclosure will be at 4am by police traffic.
This to avoid any possible thing happen.”
